At Mudpie Frenchies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new French bulldog puppy. In the rare event that you need to return your puppy for an exchange, our straightforward policy ensures that the process is hassle-free. 
We understand that bringing a new puppy into your home is a significant decision, and we are committed to offering a seamless and supportive experience in case any unexpected situations arise.

Our Health Guarantee:

• Mudpie Frenchies certifies that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.

• Buyer has 72 hours from the time of receipt to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.

• If the veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious, life-threatening genetic or congenital condition (excluding treatable or common minor conditions like parasites or kennel cough), Buyer may return the puppy for a replacement puppy of equal value, with veterinary documentation.

• Mudpie Frenchies is not responsible for veterinary bills incurred by Buyer.
